I live in East Asia. I can't just buy a can of Pam or Crisco spray at my grocery store. The import stores have them, but they cost about $8! Some things are worth the expense over here, but for me, Pam isn't one of them. Instead, last time I was in the US I bought an oil mister.
I just put oil in it, pump it, and spray. Sometimes it works better than other times, but its a great little gadget to have in my kitchen. Brian uses it to spray down the grate on the grill and I use it on pans and such. They run anywhere from $8-15 in kitchen stores and on Amazon.
