Kitchen Gadget Lust: Meat Tenderizer

Please notice the slight change in this post title. Usually my gadget posts say love. This one says lust. My friend Ashley F. sent me these pictures of one of her favorite kitchen gadgets to tell you about! I officially NEED one of these. Its this crazy looking contraption of a meat tenderizer. Can you just imagine what kind of flavor pockets of marinade this would create in a piece of meat?! I think this would be so great out here in China for our tough meat.

Ashley said, "It makes chicken soft, and beef tender for anything, even stir fry!   It looks a little scary, but well worth the purchase.  We bought this at Academy Sports and Outdoors, but I think my mom purchased one at TJ Maxx and I have seen it at other outdoors shops." I did a quick search and you can buy various brands of them on Amazon, including this one that Ashley has: Large Meat Tenderizer
