Fruit Salad Dressing

I'm not sure if you have any fun meal plans for Easter--brunch, lunch, potluck? I'm currently curing hams in my fridge for our lunch! Any meal is great with a little fruit salad though, and this dressing you can pour over top of fresh fruit is really easy and really good! Whether its part of your Easter spread or not, I hope you enjoy it! Happy Easter!

Fruit Salad Dressing
1/2 cup orange juice
3-4 Tbs sugar
1 Tbs lemon or lime juice
1 tsp ginger powder

Whisk together all ingredients. Pour over prepared fruit. Toss and chill until ready to serve.

Notes: I used fresh squeezed orange juice. Bought will work too. I've also made this with bought pineapple juice. This salad is mostly tropical fruits--pineapple, mango, tangerine, kiwi, and banana. I've also done it with strawberries and peaches and grapes. Just whatever fruit is seasonal! The sugar in the dressing will cause some of the fruits (especially strawberries) to macerate and make a syrupy juice. YUM! The longer it sits the syrup-ier it gets.
