China Shopping Tip: Aishang Baking Supplies

Do you live in the same China city as me? Do you use the Aishang baking supply store? I've had him recommended on my where I buy things page for a couple years now (FYI, that page is more about staple go-to buys and not sales or fun finds that come week to week). This store is really easy to work with and has quite a lot of staple baking supplies. I buy Korean granulated sugar, salted and unsalted Anchor butter, Taikoo powdered sugar, vanilla powder and beans, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, Mozzarella , cinnamon, wheat flour, white cheddar and blocks of parmesan (sometimes), cocoa, slivered almonds, whipping cream, bacon, corn starch, and a few other random things from him. He also has a lot of baking things like muffin pans, paper liners, parchment paper, measuring spoons, etc.. He recently started carrying sprinkles. If you order more than Y88 and live within 3rd ring he will deliver for free. If you place the order before about 11am, he'll deliver the same day. You can place orders via phone or Taobao. Even if you place the order on Taobao you can chat with him and request to pay cash on delivery. He often runs things like the butter and cheeses on sale. This month (September) everything is 10% off the regular price. Even if you don't live in this city, you can place orders for delivery via Taobao. His prices are quite good for all the things I mentioned--some of them the cheapest I'm aware of in this city (The bacon and whipping cream are just slightly more than fish market but sometimes its easier to just do one order for me! Cream cheese comes out fairly comparable. Mozzarella is slightly more, but in smaller quantities if I don't have room to freeze 10kg. The granulated sugar is the best price I've seen for fine grain. I've not seen unsalted butter anywhere else. His 227g Anchors as same price as fish market I think--maybe one kuai more.). I have always been very pleased with the quality and cleanliness of the packaged items like cheese and butter. Hope you'll give them a try if you don't already!

Do you have any great shops, finds, or buys to share with the rest of us?! Please comment if so!
