Shopping Tip: Daim Bars and Ziplocks at Ikea

I have a love/hate relationship with Ikea. I'm SO thankful its such a successful store around the world and that I have one in my city. It made setting up our home so easy and there is so much fun stuff available there. However, from what I've read, the Ikea in my city is their most visited store in the WORLD. Yep, it is insane. No matter what day of the week or what time of day you go. Then you add 5 kids to the picture….I know you get it. But we braved it the other day. I needed ziplock bags among other things and theirs are the cheapest I can get and are a great quality with lots of size options.

I noticed in the grocery section that their Daim bars were buy one get one free. Did you know that Daim bars are more or less the same as a Heath Bar in the US? If you ever find recipes calling for toffee bits or chopped Heath Bar, you could easily chop up some Daim bars. I love making this simple cheesecake in mini form, with chocolate chip cookie dough on bottom and chopped Daim Bar or Heath Bar on top.
