Kitchen Gadget Love: KidCo Food Mill

Since I just did a post on making baby food, I thought it only appropriate to tell you about my favorite baby food making gadget--the Kidco Deluxe Food Mill! Laurel B. told me about these back with my first baby and I have used it for all my kids since then! This is super helpful for me here in Asia. Any time we are on the road (or even at home!), I can usually get bananas and make a quick mash of them using this. It is also great once my baby is a little older. I take it with us any time we are eating in a restaurant--I throw in a little rice, chicken, and whatever veggie is on the table and grind it right through to make it a consistency they can eat. It won't be a smooth puree, but it is a great in-between step to purees and small diced table food. I even use it at home when they are in that stage!  I LOVE it! I have it ready to go on my trip this week!
