I've read about Wondermills and Nutrimills on various blogs. They seem to be the standard for grain mills in the US and will cost you a pretty penny. Thanks to a little direction from a friend, I bought a locally available electric grain grinder here in China. They are very reasonably priced for the industrial strength machines they are! I bought mine from
this Taobao seller. He often runs sales and promotions. I got a 400克 (gram) grinder for half its list price and he even gave me free shipping. If you have a large family or plan to grind a lot of grains, I'd highly recommend getting a 300-400g grinder. This thing can turn whole grains to fine flour in just a minute or two!
