Its been awhile since I've posted about a kitchen tool or gadget I love. I am a new user for these little scoops but I love them! I've had one on my wish list for years and my husband finally got me one this past Christmas. I think its a small/medium sized one that is perfect for cookies. It just makes such nice, uniform drops of cookie dough and they cook up just great. You can also do it one handed more or less! Perfect for when I have a kid on the other hip. After loving the cookie size, I decided I wanted the large sized one for filling muffin tins with muffin or cupcake batter. Again--its just great as they all get about the same amount in them without effort, which means they cook more evenly!

I use my small cookie scoop for lots of stuff. It's really handy when making a watermelon fruit bowl. I can get the watermelon into really cute little balls which probably doesn't matter but it makes me incredibly happy.
