Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

This stuff is GOOD. It is a recipe out of the Better Homes and Gardens cookbook. If you can get all these ingredients, you should make this soon! I make a chocolate pie crust using Oreos for this. It works great! Using just a regular sized pie plate, you can still get about 10 servings of this--its really rich. SO good!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie
1 chocolate pie crust
8oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 Tbs milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup whipping cream
2 Tbs powdered sugar
Chocolate shavings, chocolate chips, or mini chocolate chips for garnish

In a small bowl, beat together whipping cream with 2 Tbs powdered sugar. Once soft peaks form, stop beating and set aside. In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until combined. Gently beat in or fold in the whipped cream. Pour into a prepared chocolate cookie pie crust. Garnish the top with chocolate shavings or chocolate chips. To shave chocolate, take a plain chocolate bar (milk or dark) and a vegetable peeler and shave off bits!
