- Add some fresh fruit or a spoonful of jam.
Serve with Granola!

Use it in Marinades!
Yogurt is a great addition to a lot of marinades. It really makes a difference tenderizing the meat!
Make Dips or Dressings!
Yogurt is a great addition to a dip in its own right, but it also makes a good substitute for sour cream or mayo in many dips and dressings that call for it!
- Tzatziki
- Herb Dip (strain it until really thick and use instead of cream cheese in this!)
- Substitute for some of the mayo in Ranch!
Substitute with It!
Yogurt is a great substitute for cream cheese or sour cream in many recipes! Just make sure to strain it if it needs to be thicker. Here's a few recipes that are equally good with yogurt!
- Chicken Flautas/Taquitos
- Mediterranean Chicken Salad
- Twice-Baked Potato Casserole
- Use it instead of sour cream on tacos or other Tex-Mex favorites!
